Where are my editors???

Most of the folks who contribute to this blog have 'edpick' status -- you know who you are. Singling out exceptional tracks and bringing attention to them is a very important part of the site and in fact makes the site better -- a whole lot better.

I know for a fact that podcasters and DJs watch the edpicks very, very closely. We have enough kick ass uploads on a regular basis to where if you just picked one track every week or so we'd be spoon feeding these folks with material they'd be insane not to play.

(I'm changing my login to 'denmother')

Victor!!!

OMG. I promised everyone here a relaxing, non pressure setting. Well I guess we had a few good HOURS. ; )

Adding some more Ed's might help.

Pressure? We don't need no stinkin' pressure!!

I for one fall into this category. I guess I should go from looking for the exceptionally great and/or different to the "really good" tracks on the site.

My bad........(another failed resolution)

I agree these edpicks are a great idea. maybe we can publish the stream and a direct link to the edpicks on this blog as well?

I need to upload a mashup one day at CCmixter... I am working on something but lost the finish button somehow...

I nominate future retro activity - it has style, structure and is smoother than, well, smooth.

from the other point of veiw,
therse nothing more satisfying than when you have a "pick" i'v recieved several e-mails asking to do colaboration mixes, and i have sent my own e-mails to get some samples, acapellas, and other colaboration work, i'm still waiting for trifonic to call me back....
but anyways... the ed picks are pretty cool...

point taken. I use the picks to find stuff to listen to all the time, too, so it's not un-lame to never post them.

One other thing -- it would be cool if more people highlighted mixter stuff they liked on external pages like Digg and their personal blogs.
