Why we want you to download our music

Marten Timan, bass-player of We Vs Death (I wrote about them here before) and co-founder of Simuze has written a post 'Download and spread our music for free'. It tries to give an insight in why his band is actively promoting CC-licensed downloads of their songs. Perhaps this can help other people to inform musicians and bands about the possible ideas and motives in using CC licenses for their music.
